Private and Group Lessons
Private Event Performances
Private Lessons
Students take private lessons once a week. For new and beginner level players, lessons are 30 minutes. These lessons focus on learning to the chanter and memorizing the fingerings, as well as learning to read the music. The length of time it takes to transition to the full bagpipes is entirely dependent on each student.
When a student begins learning to use the full bagpipes, lessons are increased to 60 minutes.
Group Lessons
Group lessons are typically hosted once a week. Existing students are welcome to join. During these lessons, the focus is on learning to tune to and play with other pipers like in a pipe and drum band. All students are welcome to join even if they are not yet playing the full bagpipes.
Private Event should be booked no later than 2 weeks before the date of the event. Events booked later, or last minute, are considered on an individual basis.
